The name of a promiscuous female (or in some cases male) that may also be called a "whorebag," who frequents the Jersey shore.

Male A: I hooked up with this hot chick Erica at Bar A last week!
Male B: Erica? I think I already hit that shorebag.

Female A: Oh, my God, she hooks up with every guy she meets at the shore!
Female B: I know, she's a real shorebag!

Meaning, extremely hype in some circumstances, also meaning annoying, or just jumping off the walls, can be compared to the word trippin.

" Yo my mom was "Shoebuggin", telling me to take out the trash."

" i was mad "Shoebuggin" when I found out that I got the job at the McDonalds."
