Shmizmin means gracious professionalism, as used among design teams. It can mean the quality of sharing T-slot screws, batteries, ideas, concepts, programming skills, enthusiasm, respect for others, or aspirations for high-quality work.

We cannot forget our T-slot screws because we need to practice shmizmin at our meet.
The act of Shmizmin fills my heart at robotics competitions; I love helping others.
