Most shitrats smoke pot and/or drink, and most have or will end up having criminal records. Shitrats enjoy pissing people off, and usually use homophobic or childish insults. Shitrats won't fight unless there are at least ten times as many of them. Shitrats have little regard for other people, preferring to talk down to anyone and everyone, even their shitrat friends. Shitrats usually mature into junkies. The term originated in St. Margaret's Bay, Nova Scotia.
