A penis on a transsexual woman, this sort of cock is ultra feminine and is completely female in the context of sexuality.
A penis in this context is part of the male to female transsexual's feminine identity, and therefore is female (not in regards to chromosomal sex ie. xx or xy, but in regards to gender identity).

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead.
