Word created by World of Warships streamer SepDm to define his clever practice of selling useless and irrelevant ships, such as Annapolis and tier 10 ships, for in game resources (credits) to buy more valuable ships like tier 8 tech tree british DDs. This has also been called "trickle up" economics.
