Sending a text message to someone with the lyrics to a song as if they were singing it in person (usually sent without warning)

Person A: Merry Christmas, Dear friend

Person A: "Last Christmas, I gave you my heart~."
Person B: Excuse me?
Person A: Apologies, I was sendsing people the lyrics to "Last Christmas" as a celebration for Christmas.
