Lower class, Trashy, Dysfunctional female (mostly used to describe a Black female).

The vast majority of Black females are Scraggle Daggles.

Straggle daggle

A generally unhealthy white trash type individual. Often unemployed, surviving on government assistance, and maintaining several different addictions (food, sugar, alcohol, illegal drugs).

Straggle Daggles never thrive, they merely survive.

Someone with long and jagged toenails that needed to have been cut long ago.

Damn, look at her toes! That girl has some scraggle-daggers!
