When one feels ill for a day thinking they contracted AIDS. Used also to describe a person acting weird. Scary one day AIDS.

Scaids
A disease caused by a toxic/fake friend, usually accompanied with symptoms of feeling like an asshole when in their presence. A person capable of spreading Scaids usually has no personality, talks only about themselves, and is disingenuous in nature
I listened to my friend brag about how much money he is making, and now I have an acute case of scaids.
