One who eats excrement; a shit-eater.

Can be used to describe one who does this in either the metaphorical or literal sense.

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
