Roselei 

The literal girl-next-door, always comes around during dinner time, but is a ton of fun to be around. Her laugh is contagious, because it's so funny. Sweet, kind, and pretty, she's a joy to everyone she meets. Although, she can be a little annoying at times.

Roselia 

Roselia, the Thorn Pokémon. A Grass/Poison type introduced in Gen 3. Is the physical embodiment of a rose. The cutest, and also the smuggest-looking little shit you'll see around. It evolves from Budew and evolves into Roserade when exposed to a Shiny Stone.

In the Pokémon anime, May's main rival Drew, and Dawn and Ash Ketchum's rival Nando both own a Roselia.
