A Fictitious Medical Condition where the person hurt themself but still play on it for a long time after and now don't have anything wrong with them. And will lie and make out that they are injured.

Steve: You see Dave is still saying his arm still hurts?
Fred: I know, it's been 2 years since he hurt it.
Steve: Yeah looks like he has Royitis.
