Some how always has a mental gymnastic justification for why he is useless. Even will go so far as to attempt (and usually fail as its his MO) to make you almost as impotent as him. Like sending you home from work, but then calling you when you get home. Like not being in the office is a punishment. Even when he so desperately wants to be effective, he fails.
Working with this guy, is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how good you are at chess or how bad you beat them. This bottom feeder fake ass Texan, is just going to strut around the board and shit on it acting victorious.
