Someone who hates rich people, usually poor people, who can't afford stuff like a gaming computer or don't have a lot of money in general. Could also be someone very jealous.

Person 1: Hey i have a vr headset, a 3000$ pc and 10k in my bank B)
Person 2: haha.. that's cool.. (i hate him so much. I feel so Richphobic.)
