Ali Campbell is an example of someone who likes to reggaefy non-reggae tracks.

'Can't Help Falling in Love' is a song, originally by Elvis Presley, that was reggaefied by UB40.

Reggaefest 

when smoking, drinking and/or crossfading too much you experience a reggaefest...major spins, extreme light headedness, nausea, the chills, and profusely sweating yet cold at the same time. often results in fainting if not seated right away.

while at a reggaefest concert i became too high and immediately lost my ability to stand. i was sweating bullets yet freezing at the same time. i LITERALLY turned green. i was forced to lay down for an hour to gain my composure.
