Made for people (inparticular men) who drink water like adonis water spouts, when sitting/ leaning they prop their leg up like a 1920's film actor, run to Dakota on the tread mill at the gym, fuck their secretary in the boot of their car, smile slightly to one side creating a diagonal line. Dads/ fathers are normally considered get back to rat town babay due to their dynamic and sometimes even cocky nature.
Bradley from Eastenders, Jeremy Paxman and Ben Turner epitomize this phrase.

Back and belly rat

1) Years ago in Jamaica this term was used to describe envious and devious people
2) A hater

One man came home, found his wife, raped, and killed along with his two daughters. His best friend was by his side trying to comfort him. The killer only leaves one clue. His finger prints on a cigarette butt. Years rolls by and the police in Canada could not find the killer, however a streak of luck comes their way. The killer ran into an accident, they took his fingerprint, and it matched the crime from many years ago. He immediately confessed to the crime. “Why did you killed out the entire family of your best friend?” the police ask, the killer replied. “Everything he had is what I always dreamt of having".
This back and belly rat will never be a free man.

backpack rat

Someone of the Indy culture that carries a backpack everywhere they go for various artist/writing/ipod/iphone/other silliness. You can see them frequenting coffee houses and milling about universities.

Dude... Starbucks is full of Backpack Rats.
