Typically wear snide clothing or adidas track suits, they go out and get mortal off frosty jacks, or sometimes when feeling classy lambrini. They don't know how to play music quietly, and go everywhere with a speaker playing some mc. A massive nuisance to the public, especially on metros. If you see a group of radgys do not make eye contact! You will get started on and brayed
