Someone who doesn't like certain races. They can be extreme like the KKK, or even minor like calling somone the N word. They think their race is the best and makes fun of others. By seperating or picking out someone by their race, they are being racist.

Racist: "You probably cant get a job because your black, you smell cuz ur brown and you can't see because your asian. HAHA, im soo funny and creative."
Normal guy: "your just an insecure jerk with no creativity or morals. You think its funny, but thats just being a pussy by being racist."

The whites were the racist ones before, now it is mostly other races. For example: in 1960, a black man could not go into a primarily white neighborhood without being harassed. Today, a white man could not go into a primarily minority neighborhood without being harassed.

Sister Souljah is stupid to say all white people are racist, and she is not a racist just because she never owned slaves. No one alive today in America owns slaves, does that make them immune as well?

Spike Lee says black people are unable to be racists. That's just ignorant.

There's a difference between disliking a people and HATING them.Pre-judging someone and distrusting them or exercising caution towards them based on your experience with them and your disdain for their behaviours and actions isn't the least bit racist because that does not mean that you HATE them.Furthermore if people give you a reason to HATE them then maybe you are to blame?
A true racist is someone who hates an entire ethnic group of people such as all white or all black people and wants to take systematic action against them in the form of violence or suppression.
