A person who has been diagnosed with a retardation.

I went to the doctor and they told me I was somewhat autistic, now I'm a RR (registered retard).

Registered Retard (RR)

Usually the dumbest of the friend group. Mouth is always open even when not talking. Calls themself a god, alpha, a dog; but usually the runt of the litter.

My coworker is a genuine registered retard (RR), can’t close a deal for his life.
