RCTV

Despite having "-TV" suffix on the acronym, RCTV wasn't originally a TV station. RCTV (Radio of Civilized Towns and Villages) was originally a radio station established on Thursday, August 24th 1989. Eventually, it started having a TV station also known as RCTV (Reformed Civilized Television) established on Friday, August 24th 1990. However, the radio station RCTV eventually got the callsign KYLA on Monday, April 1st 1991 and this radio station was eventually rebranded as KYLA on Tuesday, April 2nd 1991 as to avoid any confusion with the TV station RCTV.
In the afternoon of Tuesday, April 2nd 1991, the radio broadcaster of then newly rebranded KYLA Radio Station (which by that point had already had the TV station RCTV) said, "Howdy, how's your fasting? I hope we still stay healthy during this fasting month of Ramadan."
