A Qwasey is a character defined by having an Orange Hat, Star-Lord Headphones, and a Pizza Shirt.

The namesake is derived from the old cartoon show BreadWinners, where the word "crazy" was replaced with Qwazy, which was adapted into Qwasey (Quah-ay-see).
