Pronounced the same as 'cheater'. Someone who plays the word 'Qi' in scrabble, often with a smug grin and on a triple.

Person 1: I swear you can't play qi as a word.
Person 2: You can, it's in my scrabble dictionary. Its the chinese life force. Or something.
Person 1: Qiter.
