A neighbor that is ghetto, yet quaint; usually on the verge of being gentrified with a Whole Foods or some shit, but still ghetto enough to scare away the older white folk.

Damn, you seeing that canned food farmers market over there? Ain’t this neighborhood turning into a nice little qhetto!
