qev

A qev ( pronounced kwev ) is a person who has the habit of smoking food, often chips or biscuits. This word was invented by dodgy teenagers and is not an abbreviation for a word. When used as a verb the verb is to qev, which is when someone attempts to smoke a snack, often acting high afterwards.
