A Pussommelier (püˈsɒməljeɪ/ or /pūsʌməlˈjeɪ/; French pronunciation: poosɔməlje), or vagina steward, is a trained and knowledgeable pussy professional, normally working for free, who specializes in all aspects of cunnilingual service as well as pressure and rhythm pairing. The role is much more specialized and informed than that of a fuckboy in fine dining today. A self-proclaimed connoisseur of how a woman tastes during oral sex. Much like a sommelier can detect subtle notes in wine, a pussmelier claims to discern the flavor profile of a vagina—citing diet, hydration, health, and even stress levels as influencing factors.

Often speaks with absurd confidence, poetic vocabulary, and unnecessary detail. May describe "earthy undertones," "bright acidity," or "a smooth, balanced finish" with a straight face.
