Noun; 1 - Reference to a American Football Player. 2 - Someone who ‘punts’ their workload, questions, etc. to their peers in a way that typically lacks basic manners. Behaves in a way that is rude, too confident, and/or is conceited; or behaves in a way that shows that they think they are very intelligent, skillful, or attractive and above the rest of the team.
