Mix of the terms Puerto Rican and hillbilly. A person of Puerto Rican descent born or raised in the Southern U.S.

Sally's folks are from San Juan, but she was born and raised in Tennessee. She's a straight-up Puertobilly.

A puerto rican hillbilly. Usually drives a rusty truck and wears work boots to the bar. Usually a result of being raised in the south.
