It was used to describe current Portland Trailblazers General Manager Kevin Pritchard's incredible tenure with the Trailblazers organization that began with his infusion of a positive culture into a franchise in dire need of a positive identity, His selection of the Rookie of the year, Brandon Roy, and has culminated in the top selection for the 2007 NBA Draft.

The word is a clever adaptation of the common phrase "bitch-slapped"

1. Danny Ainge got Pritch-slapped in the 2006 NBA Draft when he traded his lottery selection (Brandon Roy) and Raef LaFrentz to Portland for Sebastian Telfair and Theo Ratliff (AKA garbage players).

2. Every NBA team with a higher percentage chance to land the No. 1 pick in the 2007 NBA Draft got Pritch-Slapped when it was announced that the Trailblazers had won the rights to the top selection.
