A female that has good looking privilege & been a serial dater with many boyfriends and has a disenfranchised attitude toward American men thus dating a full blown lesbian in defiance of her contempt for American men.

That girl looks a like a model holding hands with a butch lesbian. That is because she is a pretendsbian.

Girls who pretend to be bisexual in order to get attention from guys. They will make out with their friends, usually after a drink or two, but won't actually have sex with women and often become very uncomfortable when actual lesbians approach them. Most pretensbians are between the ages of 15-22, but may occasionally be as old as early 30's.

One who claims to be Indian but doesn't exhibit Indian qualities or isn't Indian. It can also apply to a non-Indian who hangs around with nothing but Indians. Can apply to both India Indians and Native American Indians.

Steven is such a pretendian.
