A form of exercise where you where clothes that make you feel pretty inside and dance /run/skip all together in a fairylike manor for miles . This form of exercise elevates mood while strengthening your core and increasing limb mobility . Results in a strong stealth athlete!

I prancercise daily to prepare for my toughest athletic event .
