A gradually degenerative memory condition one aquires from smoking entirely too much marijuana.

Johnny had no idea how bad his potzeimer's had become: "Like, duude, uuh... what's the name of the thingy that, ya know, it's got water inside and ya barf into it when you're wasted?"
