Running so hard that you throw up during or immediately after a race. Also can be used to describe the "puke" that is ejected from the person and onto another runner.

He ran so hard during the cross country meet that he was ploofing nearly the whole time.

Pooformance Anxiety

Anxiety concerning the act of defecation, most often related to pooping in public restrooms.

I was at the game and I waited in line for a stall forever, but when I finally got in there I got pooformance anxiety and I couldn't poop.
