When you chug a beer but only for the duration that you are simultaneously pissing

Guy 1: “Damn bruh I really gotta take a piss but I also want to get more drunk.”

Guy 2: “why don’t you just do the old fashioned ‘pisschug’?”

Guy 1: “that’s a swell idea.”
Guy 2: “just make sure you only drink while you’re pissing bro.”

Piss Chug

A “Piss Chug” occurs while one is out drinking and has to urinate, the drinker must go to the bathroom with said drink and as they start to urinate, they simultaneously start chugging their drink, this continues until the person finishes peeing, or finishes their drink

Royce was dared to do a piss chug at the bar last night and puked
