PHOBAR

-adjective, Acronym for "PHOtoshopped Beyond All Recognition." A play on the the more popular acronym FUBAR: "Fucked Up Beyond All Recognition," PHOBAR refers to an image, usually a photo of a person, that has been retouched and airbrushed with digital image manipulation software on a computer so significantly, that the person in the photo is barely recognizable.

Of course she looks perfect in that photo, she was PHOBAR.

Photo-Shopped Beyond All Recognition.
An image of a person (usually a celebrity whose looks are not what they once were) that is suffering from an excess of digital enhancement.
Useful for covering up slight blemishes such as - but not limited to- varicose veins, crows feet, chicken's neck, zits and hairy facial warts.

Britney looked smokin' hot on the cover of the latest Maxim, but looking closer I realized she had been Phoobar-ed.

A person who is phonebarassed is someone who thinks their phone is obsolete towards the new phones such as the Apple iPhone 3GS or the Blackberry series.

Guy 1: "Look at this guy, he looks afraid to take out his phone."

Guy2: "That's is what we call someone phonebarassed!"

Phonebarassed guy thinking: "Wow, I'm so phonebarassed! I'm still carrying a Nokia 3310 in my pocket! I really want to get a new phone..."

Commonly misspelled as two words.
