Japanese for flat. Can be used to say a girl has small boobs.

Gura is not boing boing, so she is hydrodynamic and also pettan. Ame however, has two big floaties to help her swim, so she is not pettan.

Unlike boing boing, Pettan means somebody who has small and flat breasts. Also heavily jokes and popularised by Hololive and some VTuber who have a flat chest get made fun of.
