A Snape-like person who lacks basic human values and knowledge of English.

These people tend to be kleptomaniacs, pathological liars, and have huge inferiority complexes. Unfortunately, they also have compulsion of detailing their lacklustre sexual life publicly via various social media.

May also be used as a verb.
