Similar to constipation except instead of not being able to pee, you just dont want to.

Person one: "Oh man I really have to pee."
Person two:" Well then go pee."
Person one:" But I'm to comfortable to pee!"
Person two:" Oh, you didn't tell me you had peestipation."
