A personality defect in which a person suffers from a mix narcissism and paranoia.
The belief that you are so awesome, multiple people you don’t know want your phone number, and once they have it will become crazy stalkers.

George: I will not give you my number in a public message, because I dont want people I don't know to have my number.

Ray: So, are you calling my friends stalkers? Turn down your Paraphonia!

When one is riding around with some type of drug parafanalia in tgithier possession and suddenly becomes irrationally worried about it.

I was gonna roll a doob for the roadtrip but I decided to bring my gravity bong and now I got parafanoia. Man I'm parafanoid!
