Noun- A person who epitomizes the emo mentality and will fake his or her own suicide to get attention.

Verb- To fake your own suicide and pretend to be your own mother on internet forums in order to get attention and see how people really feel about you.

Papaganda might include saying a baby's first words are "Papa" and claiming that all gifts are from him.
