Pants Cape

A pair of pants that are worn as a cape, either when drunk, when mistaking ones neck for legs or when improvising for the lack of a cape.

Ben: "Scott are you wearing your pants around you neck?"

Scott: "Danadandandan Pants cape"

Ben: "Pants Cape?"

Scott: "Pants cape!"
