is when you "rock out" or "jam" in your PJ's. While mostly common when playing the video game Rock Band, this can also be done playing 'real' instruments.

Henry: Hey, Sean, wanna pajam tomorrow morning?

A general feeling of laziness or malaise which usually results in wearing one's pajamas for an extended period of time.

In spite of the promise of free drinks and rampant scoring, I didn't go to the kegger because I was feeling rather pajamic due to my exploits from the previous night.

Pajamal Toe

A camel toe so heinous that it can actually be seen through a pair of pajamas. Elusive as such, they can usually be found in the pet food or dairy sections of WalMart, Kroger or other major chain department stores very early in the morning.

Man...did you see the chick getting all those cans of Frisky cat food at the WalMart last night? She was rocking a hungry looking pajamal toe.
