someone who keeps minimum credit in their cellphone/mobile so they can ring you once and hang up so that you return the call and they talk for a long time hi-jacking your credit/allowance.

Paygo 

1. Shorthand for "pay as you go." This zippy little term was used by President Obama in February 2010 to describe his new approach to federal spending and fiscal discipline.

2. The opposite of "buy now, pay later."

3. An idea whose time has not yet come, at least not on Capitol Hill.

"Let's invest $58 billion in a new Highway to Nowhere up there in Alaska. It'll stimulate the economy for sure!"

Payge 

Payge is the most beautiful, unique person you will ever meet. She has the eyes of a goddess, so deep and so stunning it's hard to look away. Not only is she breathtaking, but she's smart. Always knows what to say, when to say it. Payge has the ability to steal any mans heart, yet hers is the hardest to catch. Her heart it too pure to intentionally hurt someone. Payge is really, really funny but somehow, even more sexy. When in love, it's hard to get her and her significant other out of the bedroom. Very out going and hardly ever shy. Has a really hard time letting people in, but doesn't go out of her way to push them away.

All that aside, if Payge has ever loved you, you'll never forget her. And if Payge loves you now, you'll pray you never lose her.
