The feeling that Charlie Sheen is making sense that one gets from being exposed to way too many Charlie Sheen quotes.

I watched that whole Charlie Sheen interview and now I'm totally oversheened.

overwheeled

When a car has wheels that look too big for the car.

Would not get 19's mate, the car does not need them and imo would look 'overwheeled'
