If woman are present the insult can backfire because the recipiant can easily tell you to watch it there by winning in banter. And if the boss feels like he is being excluded then he may take offense the the term because he is probably himself an over developed little bitch. Now if your boss happens to be a woman, well just disregard the later and quit that fucking job right away
