Organic woman 

An adult female can only label themselves an "organic woman" to clarify current gender status as being the same as gender assigned at birth.
Similar to how produce that is not GMO needs to be labelled "organic".
*Women that have had hysterectomies or genital mutilation by force or breast augmentation/removal for the purpose of health outcomes are still 100% organic women.

Johnny: "did you hear about the young woman that won the female running race and scored a scholarship at an elite university?
Kath:"yes, what was the controversy surrounding her win?
Johnny: "she had recently decided to reassign from being a Mister to becoming a Miss. Her genitals reflected feminine aspects yet her muscular physique looked like that of a man. People are saying she won from an unfair advantage as she was not an ORGANIC WOMAN .
Kath: "I am all for persons doing what they want to their body to feel comfortable in their own skin as long as it does not interfere or put others in danger or at a disadvantage. This win sounds like misogyny wrapped up in political correctness to me.
Johnny: "let's hope they will have an organic women running race in the future alongside the women's running race to make it fair for everyone.
