The act of taking welfare from the rich and giving it to an audience of mostly middle class women. She may involve a celebrity to make the audience go out of their minds and increase ratings.
Alan: The lead in story on three of the network news programs last night was about the Oprah giveaway.

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
