it is the combination of two words: Okay + Cool, or Ok+kul
Generally used by bros, usually in a hurry, sometimes while lazing around. Remember only bros use it. Don't say this to your mom.

"Hey bro, would you scratch my ass? My hands are tied up"
"Okul."
