no one really unfortunately knows what it stands for, but other than that, OTTNCP is a semi-secret anti gacha group led by user "officerthomasthenazicat", ottncps tend to be loyal and kindhearted, can sometimes also start beef with UTTPS (another highly popular anti gacha group) but other than that, OTTNCP have no rivalry other than ofcourse, Gachas.
