A collective state of being a nuisance. Used specifically to describe a group of people who are causing a persistent, annoying, or obstructive inconvenience to those around them. While a single person is a "nuisance," a group becomes "nusious" when their combined behavior (blocking a hallway, talking loudly in a library, or walking slowly in a line) makes it impossible for others to go about their day. It is a mix of the words "nuisance" and "obnoxious."
