Nuggamuffin

A large turd nugget that when halfway out is squeezed or pinched slightly harder than the first half which creates the muffin top and pan shaped bottom.

Bile : Dude I just pinched off a huge nuggamuffin
Paul : What? Muffins? What flavor strawberry?
Bile : No a corn and bread/spaghetti nuggamuffin dude...
