This is when you wear your COVID facemask in a manner that covers only your mouth but leaves your nose hanging out. This is in reference to Shirt Cocking, a pre-pandemic term.

Wow, I just went to the pharmacy to get hand sanitizer and half the idiots in the line were nose cocking! Got out of there as fast as possible.
